We've made it easy to order on-line and support this fundraiser! Tell family and friends from out-of-town to visit our site and order. Candles
ordered online must be from the Fundraiser Section for the group to earn from the sale.  Place an order from our website and mention your
name and organization in the message area during check-out through our secure, on-line shopping cart. We will take care of the rest!

Marion Lane Candles offers several options in fundraising. Read carefully to determine which option best suits your organization. All
fundraising groups will collect money at the time of the sale. All checks should be made payable to your organization. One check or money
order will be made payable to Marion Lane Candles at the time of order submission. Checks will be accepted from a business or organization
checking account. No personal checks will be accepted. Money orders are required if there is not a business or organization checking
account.  
Due to the percentage of dollars given to the group, we do not currently accept credit card/debit card transactions for
fundraisers unless the sale is an online purchase.  If you must use a credit card there will be additional handling fees
associated with processing your order.

Option I – Complete Organization by Marion Lane Candles

    Marion Lane Candles Provides:

Order forms and envelopes for all participants in your group.*
Fundraiser Tally Service (we will input and add all of the fundraiser forms by individual and provide you with a spreadsheet showing how
much each participant earned.)
Fundraiser Sorting Service (we will sort, label and package each participant’s order form.)
Copies of forms in each participant’s box/package.
Group retains 25% of each item price.

    *Groups larger than 50 participants will be charged for forms and envelopes taken and not returned in mint, unused condition. Wrinkled, written on and stained papers will be considered unusable and an excess copy charge will be deducted from the group’s earnings. Excess forms are to be turned in to
    Marion Lane Candles before orders are filled.

Option II – Order Fulfillment by Marion Lane Candles

    Marion Lane Candles Provides:

Order forms and envelopes for all participants in your group.*
Fundraiser Fulfillment
Group retains amounts listed for each item price.
       5 oz. Jar = $5.00 ea. to group
       10 oz Jar = $7.00 ea. to group
       16 oz Jar = $9.00 ea. to group

    *Groups larger than 50 participants will be charged for forms and envelopes taken and not returned in mint, unused condition. Wrinkled, written on and stained papers will be considered unusable and an excess copy charge will be deducted from the group’s earnings. Excess forms are to be turned in to
    Marion Lane Candles before orders are filled.

    Organization Provides:

Contact person responsible for tallying the individual order forms and turning in the quantity, size and fragrance totals for the
organization.
Sorting and distributing the group’s sales for each participant.
Copies of each participant’s order form.
